Rhino (II)

As I was quite happy how the first Rhino came out, and it was quite fast to paint, I have decided to take a small break from regular marines painting the second one.

It was painted using the same techniques, basic colours and then weathering. Nothing fancy, but does the job.

I have magnetized the hull door so that I can exchange it by the antenna from the Command Rhino. I highly doubt I will ever use a Command Rhino, but the model looks cool so I wanted to have it.

The back door also was magnetized as it did not fit perfectly fine and I wanted it to snap into place once locked.

The dozer blade is also magnetized

This Rhino adds another 35 points to the Army.

Legion Tactical Support Squad (III)

With today's update I have finally reached the goal of painting all tactical marines of the army.

Again, I have magnetized them so that I can reuse them. The weapons that I show here are Flamers and Volkite Calivers.

This eight marines add 80 points in case they are used as tactical or 120 if tactical support.

Legion Tactical Support Squad (II)

Last year, I showed the first tactical support squad for the Army, with plasma guns.

For the second squad, I decided to magnetize the weapons, so that I can use them either as tactical marines or as tactical support with Melta guns. This way, I don't need to paint even more marines, as I am starting to get a bit sick of plain tactical marines.

This adds five marines to the army for a total of 50 points if tactical or 75 points in case of of support squads.

Legion Tactical Squad (III)

For today, another update to continue the tactical squad series.

This adds six marines to the army for a total of 60 points.

Legion Tactical Squad (II)

For today I bring a small update, six marines for my second Legion Tactical Squad.

It has been over a year since I posted my first tactical squad for the Army, but in the coming weeks I am going to finish all of the tactical marines.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the Vexilla is magnetized, so I can remove it when I don't need it.

This six marines add 60 points to the Army.
